House Republican Speaker, Paul Ryan, released the proposal to replace the Affordable Care Act, by converting it into a a block grant system that will limit states on their federal budget spending. The pediatricians who wrote this article feel that this new proposal is ignoring children’s health and is not taking into account all the benefits that the Affordable Care Act has provided to children, specifically.
