Martha Heberlein is state research associate at the Center for Children and Families (CCF). Her work focuses primarily on conducting research and writing for CCF’s state resource center, which provides state advocates information and assistance in developing and implementing child and family health coverage initiatives. She received a Master of Arts in public policy with a concentration in philosophy and social policy from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in psychology and criminal justice from James Madison University.
