The Midwestern States meeting is intended for attendees from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin along with state and national experts.

Travel Plans
Flights
Those who requested assistance with travel funds can make flight or train reservations with Jean MacDonald at West End Travel at
jeanm@westend.us. Your flight will be billed directly to the Center for Children and Families.
Airport Transfers
The hotel does not offer a shuttle service to/from the airport; we are
currently investigating affordable transportation options. Please check
back for more information.
Mileage
Those who drive rather than fly to Cleveland can be reimbursed for mileage.

Please note, the Center for Children and Families will only pay lodging for the nights of April 19th and 20th. Contact us regarding any exceptions.
If you will attend the meeting but DO NOT need a room at the Wyndham, please e-mail Liz Arjun at
eaa37@georgetown.edu so we can release rooms from our block.
Those who indicated on the RSVP questionnaire a need for funding support for lodging will have their room and tax charges billed to the master account. However, a credit card will be required for all reservations and check-in; you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred during your stay. If you would like to change your request for funding assistance, please e-mail Liz Arjun at
eaa37@georgetown.edu.
Meals
Breakfast and lunch are provided on April 20th and 21st. If you have special dietary needs, please contact Theresa Jordan at
