Travel Plans
Air or Train Travel
Those who requested assistance with travel funds can make flight or train reservations with Jean MacDonald at West End Travel at
jeanm@westend.us. Your flight or train fare will be billed directly to the Center for Children and Families.

Those who drive rather than fly to Providence can be reimbursed for mileage.

Those who indicated on the RSVP questionnaire a need for funding support for lodging will have their room, tax, and parking charges for March 17 and 18 billed to the master account. However, a credit card will be required for all reservations and check-in; you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred during your stay. If you would like to change your request for funding assistance, please e-mail Joe Touschner at
jdt38@georgetown.edu.
Meals
In addition to receptions on the evenings of March 17th and 18th, breakfast and lunch are provided on March 18th and 19th. If you have special dietary needs, please contact Theresa Jordan at
