Issue Areas
The Center for Children and Families (CCF) works to expand and improve health coverage for America's children and families. We develop and disseminate research, strategies, and ideas to improve coverage for children and families, working at both the federal and state level to bring these strategies and ideas to fruition.
Visit the following sections to learn about the issue areas that CCF focuses on, and obtain relevant resources.
Getting to the Finish Line
Lawmakers across the country are investing in efforts to make health
coverage available to more children and families. CCF's
work (including a project by the Packard Foundation) builds upon this progress and provides states with resources to cover all of America's children and families through public and private health coverage initiatives.

coverage. CCF's Strengthening Medicaid project develops fresh approaches to bring a new voice to the public debate about improving the Medicaid program.
