It is a pivotal moment for the nation's children and families. Whether we are moving forward with sweeping national reform or need to reinvigorate state efforts, securing affordable, quality health care is a goal we all share. The Center for Children and Families, along with local partners, will convene a series of meetings in March and April to discuss coverage for families and children in this uncharted environment. The meetings offer a great opportunity to exchange information with other partners, take stock of the status of national health reform, explore existing options to advance coverage through the Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009 (CHIPRA), and develop new strategies for moving forward.
