The Western States meeting is intended for attendees from Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

If you will attend the meeting but DO NOT need a room at the Sheraton, please e-mail Liz Arjun at eaa37@georgetown.edu so we can release rooms from our block.
Airport Transfers
The Sheraton offers a complimentary airport shuttle service that leaves the hotel every half hour on the hour. Upon your arrival at the airport call 801-401-2000 and the operator will contact the shuttle driver to let them know you have arrived.
Meals
Breakfast and lunch are provided on April 6th. If you have special dietary needs, please contact Theresa Jordan at jordant@georgetown.edu.
