Olivia Pham is a Research Associate at the Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy’s Center for Children and Families (CCF). In her work, she tracks the activity of Section 1115 Medicaid demonstration waivers and also focuses on the health coverage of immigrant children and their families.
Prior to CCF, Olivia spent a year at the House Energy and Commerce Committee, Subcommittee on Health as a David A. Winston Health Policy Fellow. She has also worked as a public health researcher, health policy advocate, and Marketplace Navigator.
Olivia received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Oklahoma and earned a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
