The Affordable Care Act will accelerate the use of technology for families and individuals to apply for, enroll in and retain their Medicaid, CHIP and Exchange-based coverage through robust web-based systems and electronic data matches to verify eligibility. It is critically important that these systems be fast, friendly and easy to use and deliver a first-class customer experience. This webinar will explore a new project that will create the “user experience” — that is — Enroll UX 2014. The project will provide federal and state governments with a human-centered user experience (UX) design for eligibility and enrollment systems that will connect families and individuals with coverage. Join us to learn more about the Enroll UX 2014, particularly from the perspective of how the interface may work for community-based organizations providing application assistance. We will also review the significant federal financial support that will help states upgrade and build new Medicaid eligibility systems, as well as the new web portal to all coverage options through the Exchange.
