The American Health Care Act proposed by the Republican party to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act was updated since it failed to pass in March. Now, the plan will allow states to waive three of the Affordable Care Rules, which according to the Congressional Budget Office would perhaps let 24 million Americans without health insurance – to which Joan Alker replied below.
