State Has Low Rate Of Uninsured Kids

A recent study by Georgetown University’s Center for Children and Families showed that West Virginia has one of the highest rates of insured children – only 2.8% of children are uninsured.

According to a report by the Georgetown University Health Policy Institute’s Center For Children and Families, West Virginia’s rate for uninsured children stood at 2.8 percent in 2015, one of the lowest rates in the country.
